SIP Call Recorder for Cisco UCM is a secure and powerful call recording solution. Featuring call flow analysis with an intuitive visualization that tracks all legs in the call, including supervised transfer legs, allowing easy navigation through the entire call.

SIP Call Recorder offers secure communications and nearly unlimited scalability for large enterprises. Multi level web administration allows users access to only the records and recordings for which they have been authorized. The web based architecture allows authenticated users secure access from any device connected to the internal network using standard web browsers.

Tag and Play
Tag call recordings with pertinent information allowing for easy grouping and later review.

Each call participants stream is in directed to a different stereo channel so participants can be balanced out to improve audio quality in cases of cross talk.

Call Flow Tracking
Track the entire call flow, including supervised transfer legs, with a modular call flow graph view that provides navigation to the various call legs of the recording.

Each legs duration is provided along with the total duration and hold time for the call.

View, filter, print and navigate call recording reports. Reports may be categorized by caller, agent or tag.

Export reports to many popular formats including PDF, XLS, RTF, and HTML.

Reports contain direct links to the recording files for easy playback in the audio player with transfer tracking view.

Auto Archival
Automatically archive records and recordings based on the timeframe of your choosing.

Easily load, preview and import archives. Archives in preview mode are full featured and allow filtering and recording playback.

Analytics Dashboard
The analytics dashboard presents recording and system statistics on a customizable surface.

Active and recent calls are presented for review in real-time allowing live calls to be monitored directly from the web.

Recordings Grid
Search, sort and customize the recordings grid to navigate through and preview records. Add tags to one or many recordings using an intuitive tag control.

The recording graph allows filtering of records by date range and also presents a visualization of the overall call rate by timeframe.
